History

In 1997, VisionIT was started by David Segura to fill a void in the technology sector. As a project manager and application programmer in a Fortune 500 company, David saw a need in the market for a technology company that was focused on each individual within the company -- to assist them with their career goals and provide opportunities to grow their technical skills. David also wanted to create more diversity in the technical community.

Initially, VisionIT grew from small application projects and short-term staffing firms. After many successful projects, VisionIT was able to work directly with its client base as a much sought after company having the ability to find talented professionals within a short turnaround time. Today, VisionIT is rated by Inc. magazine as one of the fastest growing technical staffing companies in the United States.

VisionIT's clients roster includes numerous Fortune 500 companies and government organizations throughout North America. VisionIT supports government agencies and a wide range of industries including automotive, banking, technology, telecommunications, healthcare and aerospace for short-term, long-term and direct-hire contracts.
